[data-shapes] `sh:equals` - allow any property path (#281)

tpluscode has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/data-shapes:

== `sh:equals` - allow any property path ==
Currently `sh:equals` only expects IRI values.

I suppose it has been discussed in the initial WG but maybe we could reconsider allowing other Property Paths to be used so that vlues can be compared across focus nodes?
