[data-shapes] Drop SHACL-JS terms from shacl.tt (#264)

HolgerKnublauch has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/data-shapes:

== Drop SHACL-JS terms from shacl.tt ==
The SHACL vocabulary TTL file contains some terms from the SHACL-JS spec, which is discontinued. These terms should be removed.
