Closing the SHACL Community Group

Hi all,

As announced yesterday [1], the Data Shapes Working Group is now rechartered 
to maintain the SHACL specifications on the W3C Recommendation track. 
The group will continue to work publicly, on this mailing list. 

The SHACL Community Group will be closed (its scope being overtaken by the
Working Group), so please consider joining the Working Group:

Note: former CG participants will not be removed from the mailing list
when closing the CG.
